Orders are processed for shipping fulfilment 3 - 5 business days after purchase. If you are local in the Durham area, please contact us for possibility of local flat rate delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase from MiScents the Mood. In the event that your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receipt at support@miscentsthemood.com along with photo and order number. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we are unable to offer refunds, but we will work to resolve the damaged product.
